applied the time, check with agent previous pbb card cancelled 1 year ago, assuming already pass the cool off period, agent says should be. even i sms the registration for the shopee 288, no declination sms received. Then proceed and apply, happily awaiting and anxiously for the ongoing cashback4u campaign as well, mana tau, checked with the officer, saying cool off period is 2 years for PBB doh.gif

Quantum visa not a bad card, it come in handy when you are doing shopping spree at departmental store like parkson, metro or jusco.
