My master quantum master transaction, shopee transaction not accumulated for cash back

My pbvs cash back also not calculated correctly this month

yoodo no otp, but for the past 2 months statement, I received cash back.

never shop with shopee using web, all this while managed to get cashback

sent an email to public bank yesterday to clarify.... Thanks

"The transaction under your Visa Signature card (Yoodo) was captured as an auto debit/ recurring transaction. As such it is not eligible for cash back.

As for the transaction at Shopee (Quantum MasterCard), the merchant did not post this transaction as ecommerce. We will seek approval for the Cash Back entitlement and you may refer to the outcome in your next statement. "

With that just updated my yoodo charges to another credit card

i noticed on the 1st page stated that TnG App entitled for online cashback, but what if we set auto reload? Will we still get it? Have anyone tried it before?

1 thing about PB is that, you do not need to explain to them, they fully aware of this issue, if your statement already stated shopee, it is basically is online, you are entitled, they will just simply credited for you if you have it reported.;

I got it last time, so far the app just auto reload once for me since I don't use it regularly.

Hi Guys....I noticed the TnG App still listed under online rebate transaction.

Last month for May statement, I set my Quantum card for auto reload (no OTP whatsoever) for RM20 and I did get cashback for it.

June statement I made manual reload to TnG App with the Visa signature (with OTP) but no cashback.


Is there any change haoppen to Public Bank card t&c?
