Hi, has anybody missed payment due date for 2-3 days before? Just wondering if there's an unofficial "grace period" after due date, before late payment fee will be charged by PB?
For those who have supplementary card(s), is the credit limit the maximum chargeable limit on the card? My supp card's transactions kept being denied by PB at around 60-70% utilisation of the card's prescribed credit limit. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Dec 4 2018, 09:15 AM) QUOTE(rapple @ Dec 4 2018, 09:16 AM) T&C stated clearly how many days are given to you before they charged you any interest/fees, if PB willing to waive it then it's on their goodwill. No such thing as unofficial grace period. Thank you all for your feedback on the last payment charges. I've just spoken to CS that 3 days after due date is still alright with no late payment charges; my case is just 3 days past due. That said, it's highly recommended for everyone to remember to pay before due date to avoid the charges, hassle, worry etc No problem with my supp. card at all. Your supp. card has a separate credit limit? Do you wave / used pin? PB has a limit on wave, for every 5 waves the next one has to used pin before you can wave again. On supp card credit limit utilisation, all those transactions were online ones. I just checked that the transactions began to be declined right after the separate credit limit has been fully utilised, so nothing unusual here. |

Called to cancel my Visa Quantum and CS told me it would be cancelled with immediate effect. After a few mins, I logged into my e-banking and saw that it's indeed marked as "Cancelled" under the status. Fast and efficient!

Hey all,
Just wish to update that the following are most likely NOT considered as Dining. I've calculated my monthly rebate and these seemed to be the ones that were excluded from rebate calculation, although I haven't checked with CS on their respective MCC: Jaya Grocer's "Grocer Canteen" 1. GROCER CANTEEN KLIA2 SEPANG MY 2. GROCER CANTEEN GARDENS KUALA LUMPUR MY DarReNz This post has been edited by ckweng: Jan 14 2019, 04:05 PM |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Jan 14 2019, 04:13 PM) I'll definitely update here if I do give CS a call and get confirmation on the MCC.QUOTE(David83 @ Jan 14 2019, 04:13 PM) I was using PB VS, so even if it was under Grocery category, the transactions should have been eligible for rebate as well, but unfortunately not in my recent rebate cycle. |

Anybody has experience converting your Quantum cards' retail purchase to 0% 12-month Flexi-payment (card feature) and still get the 5% cashback for the eligible transaction?
Example: Spend RM1200 on Quantum MC on Online transaction then convert to flexi-payment, will this transaction still get 5% cashback for online category? |

QUOTE(dh13 @ Mar 8 2019, 01:17 AM) Any one recently converted your > RM1200 Online Transaction into FlexiPay. (under Quantum https://www.pbebank.com/Personal-Banking/Ca...dit-Cards.aspx) If yes, Do you received the 1 time RM30 Cashback for that RM1200 spent? QUOTE(cybpsych @ Mar 8 2019, 10:34 AM) Yea, I think it was asked earlier. I got a bit confused whether the response was in relation to the Quantum card feature's flexi-pay or the ongoing flexi-pay promo (with interest).QUOTE(David83 @ Mar 8 2019, 10:34 AM) This FlexiPay are not the same as the card feature FlexiPay? Yea, i was referring to the Quantum card feature's flexi-pay. As confirmed by you earlier, the Quantum's flexi-pay will get cashback for eligible transaction, but NOT the separate promo flexi-pay. There will be no cash rebates, i.e. cash mega bonus / hibah performance bonus or reward points awarded for payment of purchases under this programme. QUOTE(tifosi @ May 7 2019, 09:17 AM) Anyone did QM 12 months conversion with Bigpay swipe? I've done exactly that. Just give CS a call after charging min 1200 on Bigpay to your Quantum card and request to convert to 12 months 0% Flexi Pay (card feature). You will receive an SMS confirmation right after the call with CS. Pretty seamless process I am doing a big purchase overseas but at the same time I want the exchange rate of Bigpay. Shouldn't be an issue right? |

QUOTE(beebee1314 @ Jun 14 2019, 06:00 PM) U ma si jin holiao. B&W is from the TnC. TnC says no separate cb for supplementary cards but due to some system deficiency, everyone is getting cb for supplementary cards. U tulan beh syok why ppl get u no get, u go ask them to compensate u? Haizzzzzz......i hope we wont't bid farewell to separate supp statement cashback anytime soon because of certain individual's irresponsible actions There is no B&W for system glitch or system deficiency. U can ask them to separate future statements so u can enjoy future cashback, but how can you ask for B&W for the system deficiency? U stupid kaa or brain enter water? Now u pulak ask for compensation. Waa wasted sperm seriously. They messed up your application is one thing, but this cb is GENEROUSLY given due to system problem. The CS knows it but never bother to raise it up. As long as u know I know CS know, but we diam diam know, then all ma happy lo. Now u go trigger them raise a ticket. Later IT check found out the deficiency, clean the shit, everybody don't get because of your brain masuk water. Common sense la. Ask B&W already enuf die, now u ask compensation. Speechless. Because of one tree, you burn down the whole forest. |
