unbeliavable that I used to top up 9 a.m. ++ and can easily get cash back but since week 14 or so got nothing.. it gets finished so early now

Got WK20 CB RM 50. Last transaction 6:43 a.m.
So meaning CB gone between 6:44-7:10 a.m. |

Is petrol not entitled for VIP point for Quantum VISA? I thought other retail spend all entitled to VIP point except entertainment and departmental
