1. Called to ask PB VS for RM25 SST offset. Initially the CS say no offset as it's pay to gov, then I mention the last time (didn't quote lyn) there was CS inform me can offset with certain conditions. He check with manager, offer me to spend RM500 within 60 days to offset it. Once complete call them again. I thought I can offset based on my spending pattern (every month maximize the rebate). Anyhow achievable so I didn't request for more.

2. Very efficient to convert my PB QM and QV transaction to 12 months installment. Once call, put down phone, receive SMS that successfully converted. 

Really hope PB don't pull/reduce any of the existing benefits after Maybank fiasco. They already took out the 6 months 0% BT early this year.
