Where do you guys find the cashback? is it from the latest statement of PBE ?

Previously i have successfully registered and received the successful sms too.
This was my first time joining the campaign since i just received the card not long ago

I have made my 8 x RM60 top up too, last transaction was at 01:24am

But i have receive no cashback at all. Anyone have any idea why? Thanks

Guys, for those who managed to request for waiver of SST charge:

1. Did you only request after the charge is listed in the monthly statement or can we call CS beforehand?

2. Which number did you call to get the waiver? I just called the number at the back of the card and the rep who answered said cannot be entertained because it is charged by the government and when I cited this forum he said oh that's unofficial
