Guys, for those who managed to request for waiver of SST charge:

1. Did you only request after the charge is listed in the monthly statement or can we call CS beforehand?

2. Which number did you call to get the waiver? I just called the number at the back of the card and the rep who answered said cannot be entertained because it is charged by the government and when I cited this forum he said oh that's unofficial

I have a Quantum MasterCard. If I buy say a RM1200 item and opt for 12 monthly installments of RM100 each, would I get 5% cashback for the RM100 every month (effectively giving me 5% on the RM1200) or would the cashback be based on the purchase price (ie maximum of RM30 only)?
