Week 19 didn't get anything (RM15). I only did 5 transactions - first 7.47am, last 7.51am.

12.36am last transaction received RM50 for Wk22

Finally after missing like 3/4 weeks already.

Anyone tried using quantum master to swipe online an item of RM1200 then convert the item into 12 months easy payment do I still entitled the 5% rebate? I know capped to RM30

I realise I didn't get cash rebate for my Shopee Transaction for PB Quantum Master. Isn't it under online transaction?

Thanks I've search after I posted and found out many having issues. Some captured as e-commerce probably my case too.

Time to top up to Big Pay then. But I realize my latest statement for PB Visa Signature I didn't get cash rebate for all my Big Pay too, while PB Quantum Master already shown. Not sure is the official statement not out yet (Statement date 7th every month) as I check this morning my PB online.

Did you use your QM often? What's the total spend like over the past year? As some mentioned they can get rebate direct without any spending.

1. Called to ask PB VS for RM25 SST offset. Initially the CS say no offset as it's pay to gov, then I mention the last time (didn't quote lyn) there was CS inform me can offset with certain conditions. He check with manager, offer me to spend RM500 within 60 days to offset it. Once complete call them again. I thought I can offset based on my spending pattern (every month maximize the rebate). Anyhow achievable so I didn't request for more.

2. Very efficient to convert my PB QM and QV transaction to 12 months installment. Once call, put down phone, receive SMS that successfully converted.

Really hope PB don't pull/reduce any of the existing benefits after Maybank fiasco. They already took out the 6 months 0% BT early this year.
