Week23 onwards should be more competitive. I believe that’s when people realized 7am no longer was safe.

For my SN4M Week 16 cash back which I missing out, I had dispute to PBB through email and snap shot of my OTP and I had been credited Week 16 cash back on 20 Dec.

PBB is nice as they honored their mistake and credited the cash back to me.

PS: I top up another ewallet for Week 16, not BigPay and some members posted that they got Week 16 cash back eventhough transaction time later than me, that's why I dispute it.
