Yeah, my "missing" cash back for Quantum MC due to partial statement issue already credited on 14th. rclxms.gif

Took 10 days for them from responding to my email and crediting back to my card. Not too bad.

I experienced it when I MNPed to maxis. Try to wait for around 3 days. At the mean time, u r right to contact Digi cs. Nothing to do with the bank's cs.

After a few days, I am able to receive the otp. I didn't bother to call the bank cs, it's all totally on the telecommunication service provider's. Be sure to ask them and confirm that they didn't block the numbers that send u the otp, like 66300 etc.

Thanks for the advice guys. After 2 days, miraculously all banks work now. LOL I guess just have to wait, it takes time to propagate.

Normal. Every Monday midnight, people top up for the PBB campaign. So, the server cannot take it.

This week seems way better than previous weeks. Managed to complete my 8 by 12.17 and with only one delayed transaction (which came through after 9 minutes).

U did it so close after 12 midnight. Safe?
Was advised to do it at or after 1am

No issue. Been getting cash back, I did after 12 midnight. Usually will start at 12.20.

if we already have cc with pbb, and we still need another cc.. we apply through rp or pbb, we need provide document and need them verify again?

Yes. A couple of reasons I could think of is to verify you're still employed and if your income changed.

If you just got your card like 1-2 months ago, maybe you can ask for an exception. Customer Service also said no guarantees that'll it'll be approved.

Hi, just only done my 8x BigPay topup in penultimate week of SN4M campaign and surprisingly smooth and fast responsive, instantly received OTP page and balance update immediately inside the apps as well. Transaction time between 4:48am - 4:58am .
