Guys want to ask how come when I topup my BP using PB QMC, I get my cashback but not VIP points. My statement always show VIP points zero. Is this normal?

Obviously it's very normal.
You won't get VIP points for items that have been awarded with cash back.

Indeed it's super easy.

Based on my experience, it is easier to convert when it is already posted and can be seen in PBe.
I tried last time after I swiped and it was still floating though the CS did try to help but it took many days and still nothing was reflected, called second time and it was done almost instantaneous because this time it is already posted.

So I just noticed getting charged RM25 for my VS , what's the tips to get a rebate?

Failed twice making IBFT payment to PBB CC from CIMB Clicks.
