Problem topping up with BP…
After 2 transactions submitting the OTP, both showing BP website in the apps…
After that I pay the next 6 transactions with digi.
In the middle of doing the digi transactions, the BP apps successfully showing the notification of top up successfully after more than 10min of topping time…
Last transaction made on digi at UK time 10.22pm, 9/12/18.

JUst want to reconfirm, what are the necessary setting for your Digi mobile in order to topup BP in UK?
I intend to use my prepaid Digi in OZ(just to receive OTP without incurring cost) on dual SIM with Digi and Optus(Oz voice&data) and what I was informed is:
Set roaming ON.
Set data roaming OFF.
Set voicemail OFF.
Set Digi data plan > data usage OFF.

i'm using three network here to do the top up and using u mobile to receive the OTP while my digi i150 stay at home for the home cctv etc.
if you are just using to receive the OTP and your digi is prepaid, i think nothing need to be done on your side as the internet is very easily to get in UK.
if you are using xiaomi phone(i'm not sure with others but all should be using the same concept), there is a place to set which sim card you intended to use as internet, no need to set anything else after that.

i'm using the 30 days one with 2nd sim at RM130 and total 6% off.
this sim is still cheaper than digi roaming pass if stay more than 18 days.

yup, it's depends on bank local time, not users local time.
when i key in the otp it shown 10/12/18, not 9/12/18.

for those who are using Umobile and travel to switzerland, this is a country with lousy network disconnected frequently with "three" network roaming with Salt and Sunrise and most importantly there is no roaming for umobile with this 2 telco, although this 2 telco were listed in u.com.my... if you want to travel to this lousy country on monday, you won't get OTP from umobile as the network is totally block by this 2 telco... my wife also using umobile also can't get any signal from this 2... anyway happy topping up on the last week of the current campaign~
