Received RM50 for week24. Last topup 2.04am.

Week24 was when Lazada 12/12 started on 10th, a lot of night owls stayed up and reloaded. Not surprised if quota finished by 2-3am.

His reply (correct or wrong) seems to indicate quota exhausted within that time frame <2.34am. Not sure what other possibility you're hoping for.

For Aeon voucher does it make any difference if bought the voucher from CS at supermarket level or departmental level? 1U voucher counter now moved to same level as supermarket due to renovation so I’m not sure which card to use now.

Just to update the CS at 1U ground floor near supermarket is considered under supermarket as confirmed by my unbilled transaction description.
