can someone help me, I'm trying to see if there's any transaction that doesn't give cashback. but since the cb is at its max, I'm not sure which one got the cb and which one didn't. I earned 90 VIP points, means got some transaction is not eligible for cb right? or because I reach the max cb so they give me points instead?

QUOTE(coolguy99 @ Jun 2 2019, 05:49 PM) You get cashback by using your PBB card to top up to bigpay. Then you can use your bigpay card to do whatever you want, technically you have already gotten the cashback . I know the trick with bigpay, now just want to confirm if others also got cb for directly reloading tng wallet or not. Cause first page said got. anyway gonna check with cs, if no cashback means this month onwards have to use the bigpay method u mentionedThis post has been edited by annoymous1234: Jun 2 2019, 06:00 PM |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Jun 2 2019, 06:45 PM) i'm more curious to 90 VIPs points. is that you EARNED this statement or your existing BALANCE? It stated retail purchase 90.00. Then points earned 90.if by excluding tng ewallet, your tng ewallet spending is just rm40 = 40pts. cashback calculated rm30.34 (capped rm30.00). also, it seems tng ewallet app changed payment gateway (not sure when), and also noticeable different description shown. call CS and find out the MCC/eligibility of TNG WALLET E-COMM 2 KUALA LUMPUR MYS. |

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Jun 24 2019, 02:23 PM) ringgitplus article confirm that reloading to Boost not counted as online transaction to be awarded cashback. So boost no cashback. Ts pls update 1st pageRefer: https://ringgitplus.com/en/blog/e-wallet/Wh...-E-Wallets.html Most e-wallet reloads are classified as online transactions, which means credit cards that offer cashback for online transactions are shortlisted; though some banks may exclude cashback from some e-wallet reloads (such as Public Bank Quantum & Visa Signature for Boost, and UOB YOLO for Boost and BigPay). |
