Lately anyone experiencing problems using PBB VS n QTM to reload Bigpay? I tried 3 cards (all supps name) successfully, but 4th card says "incorrect CVV or wrong card number". All cards have been saved under TOP-UP source. All these months no problem, only this month. Anyone experiencing same?

This week has some instability.

I think it's not reset at during the 1st update.

The first page is just telling you that you can still top up for how much based on the current wallet balance.
Let's say you put RM 10k, it'll tell you that you have RM XXXX.XX (< RM 10k).
If you insist to still reload that amount RM XXXX.XX (> your monthly quota before reset), you'll fail to do so.
A second pop up will tell you on how many CC quota you still left for the month.

Can. I did the same too, only activated QMC but not QV. Called CS rightaway and told them I would like to cancel the QV. Straight removed from my PBe with only RM 25 charged to QMC.

dun be lazy to read all the Product Disclosure Sheet + tnc of the card you got.

See if you need to add it to Public Bank online or not loh. That might save you a trip to the bank, IF you're collecting from the branch.
