if it's past the expected statement date (partial), then it will be accumulated to next statement date (partial + full) whereby the 1st actual statement will be generated.

1 thing about PB is that, you do not need to explain to them, they fully aware of this issue, if your statement already stated shopee, it is basically is online, you are entitled, they will just simply credited for you if you have it reported.;
