and also additional 0.3% CB for campaign usage if CB depleted for VS and QMC

It is but currently have MBB MU VI + AmEx Reserve, plus other cards more than enough for me.
If I were to get these cards also for 0.3% CB but my spending is too little every month, other cards can cover.

Gotta give a pass to these cards.

CCV & OTP are always bank's issue, not merchant's.

Are you sure? Wrong OTP never went through for me. I thought reported cases were all wrong CVV but still went through.

Just receive my quantum mc statement. There are 2 shopee transactions in the statement. Both done in app. However 1 transaction has cashback but the other one earn VIP point. That's odd...

Reported before by some forumers in here.
The one that earn VIP point because the mode of Shopee processing that transaction as offline.

When key in OTP just now, notice there's an important notice in RED colour font:

Foreign currency trading provided by entities other than licensed onshore bank and payment for derivatives (unless approved by BNM) are illegal and prohibited.

If card is stolen and request for card replacement, how much it cost? The card number will remain the same?

For security wise, they should issue a replacement with new card number.
Same practice if your card is exposed to online fraud.

also, iirc, the text added by PBB for few weeks now.

So cannot predict whether the transaction can earn cb or not. Like that better use other card for Shopee.
