I remember reading in BigPay thread, someone wants to apply PB cards for the sake of SN4MC, eventhough he is late in the game. Is it possible to call PB CS and ask when is the cut-off time?

pattern 

1) description changes again for the 2nd time. perhaps different person doing the calculation again.

1st time was on week5: (DGP) SPEND NOW 4 MORE - WK4 --> SPEND NOW 4 MORE - WK5 <-- missing (DGP)

iinm, the miscalculation earlier was from week5 until week10 period.

2nd time on week25: SPEND NOW 4 MORE - WK24 --> SPEND NOW 4 MORE - W25 <-- missing K
2) week24's cb quota was estimated to finish around 5:38am (reported here). week25's cb quota finished in around 2:29am? that's 3 hours of user behavior shifting in 1 week time.

since i started tracking these...
week13 - week 18, it gets depleted earlier on average 1 hour per week (8am window gone @ week18).
week19 - week22, cb quota depletion plateaued within 7am window for 4 weeks.
week23 breached 6am+ window.
week24's 6am window completely gone, lasted somewhere around 5:38am.

yes, it's possible to happen for the 3hrs shifting. just curious why week25 and not prior weeks. was it because final 2 weeks rush? or something else.

3) week25's monday was 17 Dec. nothing special, no special promo or events.

If this happened on week26's 24 Dec, then it's very possible because of drastic increase in spending prior to xmas, more ppl awake during xmax eve counting-down to xmas, etc.
just my observation, need more input from others to compare. 

Nice analysis. But you have to correlate with the time the previous CB were announced.

When it was time for wk23, or was it wk24...the announced cb was found to have depleted around 6/7am. Many people panicked, many didn’t get cb as well. I believe this changed the top up timing.

I could only top up my wk24 around 3:00am and was 50/50 whether I would get cb then...

Also, contrary to what is reported here, I faced issues when top up Wk25...WK26 worst 😅

Plus, many more new BP card holders joined by then I believe..

PBe > Profile Maintenance > Manage Profile > Add / Delete Account

or

PBe > Account > PB Card > Add Card. see if the new card is listed.

else if all fail, visit branch.

5th transaction 2.45am and only got RM15! First week in a long while missed out =) been a good run. My W26 will be 2.29 for 8th transaction and 2.10 for 3rd transaction, let's see how much can win (or not).

However, i applied for Mastercard only but was given Visa card as well?

I dont want to keep both cards to avoid the service tax, can i ask which card should i keep? Thanks!

You should know better than us which card to keep.
