Thank you Public Bank! i got RM880 of loyalty & rewards for 2018!

My voucher is supposed to expire in Mar'19.
However, when I tried redeeming it earlier, I got this message.


My question now:
i) Is the voucher code not unique?
ii) Who should I call to check on this? PBB or Shopee CS?

When did you apply?

I just submitted a self-invite application - hope it works!

i) it should be unique but doesn't seem too difficult to guess (read : hack/stolen)
ii) should start with shoppee. Before you ask, check your voucher history see if you somehow used it already.

If it is indeed stolen, ask shoppee if they can bill the third and compensate you. Otherwise tell them you will make police report and go make one.

last friday i submit. today it show approved.

I applied on Friday's night (close to 12.00 a.m.), received email on 31.12's evening that they have received my BT request and is under processing. Will notify me outcome via SMS. Hope all is well, I still haven't seen the amount in Authorized Charges. However, I understand it's holiday, still hope it will go through.

I got 2414.28 for 2018, but oddly enough 'retail purchases' was 61k! Do they count BT in under that amount (had 48k of BT in 2018)? Or perhaps total for all my supplementary cards (unlikely that would have hit that much)?

Mine was RM3,378.62, with retail spending of RM145k - this must be BT, as I only use my cards to max CB.

this is pay thru app right? using alipay straight auto deduct amount 1 right??

btw ot question, pay using QV using app better or with bigpay with web (not take 5% quantum reload into account)?

QV + Taobao App -> +3% (foreign CC) and auto converted into RM (net), -5% from PB (Departmental).
Bigpay# + Taobao App -> +3% (foreign CC) and auto converted into RM (net).
Bigpay# + Taobao Web -> +3% (foreign CC) and in RMB? (I haven't tried) (no forex surcharge for BP, I assume)
CC + Taobao -> +3% (foreign CC) and in RMB + 2.5% (more or less) forex surcharge.
Taobao App + Boost# (Revpay) -> +1.5% (occasionally waived) (+incentive from Revpay/Boost eg shake reward, -RM25 rebate if >RM200)

I used TB App + Boost (RevPay) last week.

I guess the 0% flexipay now is a standout features for quantum cards compare to previous years where pb flexipay can be applied by any pb credit card.

Top up bigpay & withdraw then convert 12 months. That' what i did for my kid 2019 nursery fees.
