Hmm, was checking why I didn't get the full cashback
Shopee was swiped at 00:28am but somehow transactioned as 9th instead of 10th
Even if vendor is Singapore, got time difference meh? hmm.gif

not vendor. it's the gateway used (cybersource) where their location is.

Shopee uses 2 payment gateways; iPay88 & Cybersource.

AFAIK, iPay88 uses local time.

can someone help me, I have a missing cashback but I can't figure out which one. the umobile definitely no CB as its direct debit but the rest should have sweat.gif

Most likely shopee Malaysia SGP totalling RM142 is not counted for the cashback. Check back previous posts where users have complained about this issue

check your statement, look for VIP (VACATION INDULGENCE POINT)

how many points you gotten?


if not mistaken, you are rm7.41 cb short. nearest combination is honestbee rm6.20 (cb 0.31) + shopee sg rm142 (cb 7.10)
