Hi Everyone..Just got my Quantum Cards today...Called for activation via phone d...But should the cards appear in my pbe saving account? If not..how can i view the statement via desktop or phone app is possible?

PBe > Profile Maintenance > Manage Profile > Add / Delete Account

PBe > Account > PB Card > Add Card. see if the new card is listed.

Cancel before activation no need to pay anything. Been there, done that.
Once received my Quantum cards, I only activated MC and called CS to cancel Visa. Visa was removed from my PBe immediately.

Anyway, WK24 pocketed. Started at 12.30 a.m. my usual time, so no issue in getting it.

And I was thinking want to keep Master and cut off Visa since Visa like not really useful...or Visa got any hidden function or benefits for people usage?

And can ask about the flexi 0% 12 month ...So means we go to any shop and buy somethings..pay with cc 1st den oni call to bank ask them arrange the payment to flexi pay?

Saw some forummers got rebate on the SST from Pbb. But when I called yesterday, the CS sounds arrogant and said only selected customers gets the rebate for sst. when I asked what is the criteria to get it, she just said that is from management, they don't know. I asked how do I know I am selected or not, she said it will rebate in the card statement itself. They cannot check.

Is that true?

I use Quantum Visa.
5% rebate - departmental stores (eg Parkson, Aeon, Isetan), Entertainment (eg Disneyland), Taobao (Alipay).

I didn't know Taobao is departmental.
Oh well, hardly use CC to pay Taobao these days. Either Alipay credit or BP. Good to know about this, puzzled why will it fall under departmental.
