When my daughter was around your daughter's age, I gave her s-26 step 1.
I think that is normal if you introduce the milk to her, same like us when drinking milk after so long not drink, feel like our stomach is restless. But, need to be careful if there are any possibility of lactose intolerance (this one I do not know much). This one you need to monitor. Try give her few times the anmum, anything wrong, see paed.
I have bought karihome once for my daughter. Bought because she had prolonged jaundice. And heard goat milk can help jaundice go away. But stopped and changed to s-26, a lot of people say goat milk is quite 'hot'.
Now I use anmum for my daughter, step 3. I prefer anmum because it has lowest added sugar compare to few brands of milk. I have used s-26 step 3 for 1 or 2 boxes, when I shake the bottle, it forms a lot of bubbles, mixability for me is quite bad. Try taste the milk, got a funny taste. But for anmum, mixability is excellent, no bubbles at all. The taste is like a normal milk, no funny taste. Not promoting anmum though.
Thanks. Just came back from the paed. Just leaving this for someone else in case it is useful.
The Dr said that there are babies that just prefer breast milk and won't take formula. But he said try to take formula that is not sweet since breast milk is not sweet He gave sample of Enfalac A+ and Similac LF formula to try out.
Also to make sure the bubble after mixing formula is reduce. Try popping it or something.
Hoping for the best.
I see. That's what people inform me on goat's milk as well. Saying it is heaty. But I also read comments that baby immune system was better when taking goat's milk. Hence why I am asking.
