Good at marketing, but speaking as a current owner of OUG Parklane, I strongly don't recommend this developer to anyone.

I can’t share much
But seeing how the developer cut cost and reflect onto the house quality.
Makes the project looks like higher class low cost flats.

Looks nice on outside, but inside a lot of things starting to crack.
