I think a lot of ppl who knows about Akisama is a developer with bad finishing. The thing they are just building affordable properties in KL. Is there any property around their project site cost below RM500psf? Comparing it with PR1MA, Selangorku, etc that you cannot sell or rent before 10 years which you are bonded to that property. Sometimes ppl's expectations are too high about a developer. I just think we need to evaluate a developer. I personally think some lifestyle developments are great but are you paying for the facilities and landscaping or are you paying for the property you are staying in.
