Hello. I have recently got a good job offer at an MNC. However, I did went for another interview for a PR company yesterday just to check it out.

The moment I stepped into the office, I already knew I didn't like working there. I didn't care anyway. OK, so the interview started.

I was bombarded not by tough questions but rather taunts that further justified me not wanting to work there. There were many mistakes that they made but I will list 3;

1) I was scheduled for an interview there but apparently, it was out of the list

2) There was supposed to be another interviewer sitting in just to assist but he didn't show up.

3) The office is big and beautiful but the environment is dead

The interviewer then asked me how many job applications and interviews I had, I told her 7 and named all the MNC companies that have considered me in a very assertive fashion.

I even questioned her about the working environment here and she mentioned "open door policy" and all but I told her, I don't see that. Anyway, I already have a job and in the future, I do not want to work there because they don't respect their candidates.

I get only RM1600 but the indirect benefits is good lor. Some times you must look at their indirect incentives also.
