i receive a called after few day of my interview on 29th Sept, but they dint said when can i start to work..so i called back them back, they said will check and call me back, until now, they dint call me yet!!!
(when they called me after interview, am only able to hear "Congratulations," after that idk whats she talking, but she dint mention about date or time, and then she stil ask for my diploma completion letter, so i assume i "passed" right ??  hmmmm

btw, anyone here who went for interview at 29th+- Sept already start to to work?? T.T

hey, I did the interview on 25th March too.. It was really tiring because I reached there at 9 a.m and get back at 5 p.m . I did all the stages.. And the Hr said I need to wait for 7 working days for the result.. But my friend to me the chances of getting hired is low.. Because some of the candidates get hired on that day..

I am a fresh grad joing HDPM ( HSBC subsidy ) the paif i got is bout 2.3K++
and the manager told me that this is the standard salary for  fresh grad.

HDPM is divided into HSS & GBM . last week , i meet my secondary fren who juz  graduate &  working at  HDPM also.

He told me his salary is 2.8K++, i was shock. how come the salary difference so large for fresh grad.

After that , 1 of my senior told me that there is a diff between HSS & GBM.
GBM paid a higher salary  compare to HSS ...
i was like .. wtf . diff salary for diff categories between HSS & GBM which is located at KLC

i m not sure whether  the info i get is correct o nt . But ... it is really unfair for me. I work UK shift 3pm- 12 am and i need to drive wth a parking fee of rm6.20 . But my fren 9 - 6 pm wth a higher salary compare wth me and take lrt

* HDPM do not provide any allowance(petrol fuel) *
* language skill like  chinese "maybe" wil be provided IF ur manager agree that u need tat specific language to communicate wth client or staff *

Mayb others may say that is it the academic result probem btw  u 2.
what i can tel u is No . we r having the same acedemic lvl ( not extinction but also not bad )
I hav really no idea why the gap is so big. But since i wont stay here for long, i juz  try to gain as many experience as i can. Then  work for sum whr better

Guy , i  will suggest u wrk at here to Gain experience and try to build ur good reputation & attitude so u able to work at other better place.
Reminder , u r working in HSBC subsidy which is a backend processing for other country ( definitely not malaysia). anything u learn is others country system. So , i strongly suggest  u all think wisely !

Hye i am new here, this coming Thursday is my very 1st interview for Global Support Executive position as i am a fresh graduate .. just finish fill in the HSBC form, but the expected salary not fill in yet,, can i put rm2.4k or 2.5k as the HR told me my range of salary is between 2.3k-2.5k,, huuu,,

just joined HDPM last week and just found this thread and read about 100 pages (2006- early 2012 i presume)

OH GOD I kind of regretted joining this one. GP is 2.3k? I was offered 2.2k only!

Well it does have benefits la. the pay may not be good for freshies like me,
but the drink (plain water/flavoured drinks) are free, so you save about rm1-1.50 per meal lo, then the free transporation, consider mileage cost about 20 cents/km, and it is pretty punctual too. and you can stay in cheaper places like bangi/kajang/serdang (if you work in hdpm)

as for job prospects, hmmmm... i dont think it is an easy climb. 3000+ workers eh...

spent my first day in watching slides and tak sabar2 nak abeskan, till i have to view other optional learning materials.

When i see other processes' buzz are so noisy and happening, i am so jelly~~
When i heard that my inductionmates who got together i lagi jelly~~ haiz...

Was looking through the materials in elearning, i must say it is really fun to learn those financial tools. (and too bad, it is impossible to transfer to hsbc bank right?)
maybe i joined a more quiet process.

I think in work, you need to have that motivation in the morning that makes you feel like working. I hope this motivation will keep burning.

I know shift allowance is dependent on whether you get the night shift. But what about call center allowance? Everyone gets it?
