hi, have some questions where i hope someone here might be able to answer. The questions might be similar to the one's already been asked before but some was asked quite some time ago therefore there might be some new improvements.
I'm a degree holder in economics & finance. Recently, i've been given the opportunity of an interview for the position of Global Support Executive which will take place in the bursa building. The lady on the phone was kinda pissed when i asked her whether is this a call centre job but she she said it was a backend job. I'm a lil confused cause most of the posts in here seem to make the position to be a call centre job.
1. Can anyone enlightened me in regards to the the GSE position?
2. Where will my jobstation be? Cyber or Bursa building?
3. I suppose the pay would be RM1900 for a fresh grad?
4. What exactly is the job scope?
5. Whats the working hours? Is it in shift as well?

I'm in a dilemma cause i'm having problems deciding on job offers. If this job seems to be a bad one for me, it wud narrow down my choices.
