wow big discussion on HSBC.....folks if you can help me....I got an offer from HSBC HQ for band 5 position. Currently I'm in a foreign bank at a AVP position. Is band 5 and AVP the same? upgrade or downgrade?? can someone clarify? I asked the hunter but she dosent know....funny
