I just get a call from HSBC Global Resourcing asked me go for an interview for the post of GSE-U.S customer relationship center. But I'm from different state,so i've to go kl for the interview. And after the interview, am I should go for others interview as well? What's the 1st interview questions or part I've to face? Got any interview tips from all the seniors? Please...
I'm worry I cant handle this job and will fail for the interview then will waste my time and fees to kl from my hometown.

currently they offer 1.9k for the fresh graduate without working exp. got OT allowance and other allowance such as annual leave, medical leave and other that...but u wont have loan allowance from HSBC coz its not a bank.

for the working environment....it kinda depend on which market u serve. for UK normally 3pm-12am or 4pm-1am, if US is 8pm-5am, Hong Kong 9am-6pm

I went for the interview last month and got the offer but i rejected bcos of the working time. well, for my case, they din ask much tough questions which i also feel weird about tat, mayb bcos they need ppl urgently. they js ask me very general questions.

for my case, even they already stated will hire me but they still call me after 1 week to inform me abt the offer.

its a complicated process among the securities processes in the centre of excellence....this is bcoz they have alot of different workflow for each and every task which total up to around 30+ workflows..not like others which have around 3 - 4 workflows..so if u end up in corporate action u will learn many things about securities field..

i'm currently training before get into corporate action department with other 29 freshie. i'm in uk income also. to me, this organisation a little bit messy cause if ca is an elite process, why they hired 30 people simultaneously. and more will come. does it show it an elite process or just because want to fill people that already quit.

they are already a team doing ca income,
the 30 people now will doing the phase 2 work.
basically is a bit different from what are the team doing now

for ca hk, they think people will not stay longer than 1 or 2 years..so they hire more than 10 people to fill in the dept and maybe some of them will resign and some will stay..i dunno why they decided such move...for me there is no such thing as elite process in hdpm since everyone will have same chances to get into 100 club , good rating and bonus...
