This is weird... I got a call from HSBC ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING (M) SDN BHD
They gave me a email with applicant ID..

The person who called me was from Philippines..(even the email was .ph)

anyone here who has experienced same thing?..

I'm a bit confused if the process would be the same as what I had read in this forum..

please please give some advise thanks... I will be having interview on Saturday but I requested it to be on Monday..

actually the guy who called u is not the guy who sent u that email.

Its been 2 weeks since my last interviews with HDPM KL, y ppl go to CC easily got the job deee, KL vry hard to get it i tink =.=

i went there for GSE position last thursday aug 2..

how do i know that i will get the job??

i pass the assessment, then 1st interview, then with manger i think..

after that i went back home..until now don't have any reply from hsbc yet...

should i call them or just wait??

It depends actually. Some people got hired 1-2 days after the interview.
I would suggest you wait 1-2 weeks maximum.
If there is still no call @ email, you can call and ask them regarding your application status.

Same here..i will go for the interview 2morow..can you share with me what is going to happen there..because they asked to be there 1 hour early than the appointed time..what shold i do??should i learn about the company or what

nothing much.. they will ask you to take :

1. Assessment English test which consist of 3 part ( Grammar, Fill in the blanks and Listening) all in computer

If you pass the assessment :

1. You will be interview by HR for a while then
2. You will be interview by Head Of Department that you will be working later.

then you can go back..

Actually, what kind of position is this? I'm pretty much lost in job searching, dunno what to go for.

I got a call from Rob from HSBS . Based on his email address was from Philipines. Will be going for assesment test this tuesday at HSBC, 6th Floor, Exchange Square, Bukit Kewangan, Bangunan Bursa Malaysia.

Position they offered me was GSS. Global Security S.... something.
Any one up for this before? Im not sure what this job does.

start work end of this month..they every month will have 1 patch people train end of month
assessment very easy 1,my english c also pass.

they just ask u like (was waiting,is waiting,waits,something......)
got ABCD,let u choose..very easy,but u need fast...
have 3 section...

Got how many question for the test? need how many % to pass?

2: 10
3 : 5

section 1 grammer,2 is fill in the blank , 3 is listen and answer...

no say how many pass,just let u know pass or not only

no time to waste..
u need medical check up and many things 1...
if can ,fast abit go and wait them give u offer letter
