I think I'm going to either call center/back ends. I'll call them up to re-confirm tomorrow.
The one who interviewed me is a lady in around mid30,forgotten her name as i'm extremely nervous at the interview moment sweat.gif  And at the same time, she explained lots of things to me as i'm a newbie so i just focus on what she have said. She is finding people for aust/new zealand to fill up. But now my working hours is from 7am-4pm,it is possible it is aust/new zealand time zone? More prob i'm into processing already liao i think unsure.gif

oic...maybe u'll be goin to credit cards / investigation back end processing or call center..

Back end processing will be stressful? Just curious.. blush.gif

it depends wat type of job that we can deliver ...some prefer call centre..but for me i prefer back end ...just do our job n no need to hear shout here n there from client via the headgear..if u can try into one of their centre of excellence..tats better...coz got extra benefits aka allowance.. biggrin.gif

does anyone from corporate action-klc, I heard it's an elite process, is that true? what good thing if u end up in corporate action.
*
its a complicated process among the securities processes in the centre of excellence....this is bcoz they have alot of different workflow for each and every task which total up to around 30+ workflows..not like others which have around 3 - 4 workflows..so if u end up in corporate action u will learn many things about securities field..

amir77, are you from corporate action? what do you like working with this company beside the culture cause pay and benefit aren't a lot even compare to local company.
*
i would say the pay n benefit depends on performance...if u do well, then u will get the maximum benefit from the co.

for ca hk, they think people will not stay longer than 1 or 2 years..so they hire more than 10 people to fill in the dept and maybe some of them will resign and some will stay..i dunno why they decided such move...for me there is no such thing as elite process in hdpm since everyone will have same chances to get into 100 club , good rating and bonus...

I saw this at Jobstreet for the GSE job,

"Understanding of Payment formatting and understanding of existing cash process will be preferred."

what does that mean?
and wats the job scope for HSS

Actually I have an interview tmrw, I know where is the office but not sure which level i should go to. Pls let me know. thx
*
payment formatting - referring to swift payment e.g MT202, MT566, MT103, and some other swift that related to payment.
existing cash process - movement of cash between institutional. e.g bank A to bank C through bank B , routing, final beneficiary, swift bic code e.g HBMBMYKL for hsbc msia, suspense account, write off etc etc.
RVP (receipt vs payment), DVP (delivery vs payment) for trades etc etc..
