Just asking, are these the people who work at the HSBC call centres? Because once I called the HSBC call centre (at the UK) to inform them of a change in my UK address, and it turned out that I was being put through to the call centre in Malaysia laugh.gif

Not sure on which call center you have spoken to as HSBC not only has their data center here but throughout the world smile.gif

The one in KL. The lady who answered the phone needed my home address (i.e. Malaysian address) and went 'Oh! Do you know that you're calling through to the call centre in KL?'. Only then did I realise that she had a Malaysian accent laugh.gif laugh.gif

one of my friend is the hr exec there. I may say, as a person heavily involved in this industry (call centre), hsbc has one of the best call centre in malaysia in terms of facilities. the benefits for staff also very good.

it's good to know that hsbc taking in fresh grads and even spm school leavers. Any job has it bits of politics and pressures, so faint-hearted need not apply for any job whatsoever.

if hsbc gse were there when I was looking for a job few years back, I would have signed up! good job bioweapon83...saving your company's recruitment advertising budget...hehehehe.

I just want to help people. Incentive or not is another matter. I might not enjoy much of the incentive as the person and me need to be there together to enjoy the full incentive.

Just put it this way as I just want to help our fellows forumer here whom hardly and having difficulty in finding job in todays competitive market smile.gif

Sorry for those who have pm me and I am unable to reply you as my pc has again put me out of action

Thank you preducer for helping me out answering some of the replies.

For those whom are interested, PM your HP number and email address straight away. It's will be easier.

I think I will just make a summary here based of number of PM I have received.

Min Qualification: SPM

Salary:Based on your qualification(If you have degree of course and logically you earn higher than a SPM holder)

Experience:Not necessary but it's good if you have some banking/financial/call center background or experience in some managerial position.
Well fresh graduate can join in the ship as who want to give the experience rite?

Working Hours:You may or may not get a 9am-6pm and Mon-Fri but it's definitely is five days a week and 9 hours per day or simply 45hours a week.

Working Location:Cyberjaya, Selangor

Transport:Provided throughtout the Klang Valley/Seremban/Nilai with pick-up points allocated strategically or you may drive but no transport allowances will be provided

Will keep posted.

So far 3 resumes received and 2 submitted 1 KIV till June smile.gif

Just a reminder. Please email your resume to me in a proper Word document and preferably if you can attach your current photo with the resume as well.

Do not copy and paste from Jobstreet or what so ever. Please make some initiative as I am here to provide help as I could smile.gif

If you really need help on how to make a resume you may consult me or you may refer to here. You might find some good example by just google around smile.gif
