NIPT is more accurate than ultrasound. But there’s nothing that 100% smile.gif . Try to find another sonographer to get second opinion. I did NIPT it was boy, 16weeks confirmed by USG it was boy, then every USG confirmed its boy, and yes we had boy. But, I’ve met 2 cases the NIPT were incorrect. 1st case because the mother’s testkit blood where accidentally switched, 2nd case the causes were unknown.

Thanks for sharing your experience. What's a USG?

The two cases was it in Selangor? Interesting!

USG=UltraSonoGraphy/ultrasound smile.gif . 1 in KL, and another one in Singapore.

So the test is accurate

It was just human error

Most likely it’s accurate, but there’s nothing 100% biggrin.gif . My advice just go get another sonographer.. or try Dr. Michael Samy @gleneagles. He’s pretty sharp. He got my son’s dick at 10weeks and confidently said it was a boy biggrin.gif loooong before NIPT. I have so many OBGYN during my pregnancy (most of them either my colleagues or my senior) and just go to whoever I’m in mood with at that time (I gotta picky baby) smile.gif. I can say that usually senior Male OB are pretty sharp compared to younger sonographer. I ever scolded one sonographer because when I went for normal monthly check up she said it was a girl, how come more than 5 seniors always said it’s a boy, NIPT said it’s boy, and one random sonographer said it was a girl when I can clearly see his balls and dick biggrin.gif . I told her to go back study again... *evilMom biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Anomaly detailed scan try Dr. Ravi Chandran biggrin.gif. I’m a doctor, I can’t give feedback regarding other fellow. I will say all of them are good, just choose which one compatible with you. Choose the one that can make you feel comfortable, feel safe, understanding, and willing to listen to all of your thoughts. That’s really important for me. Because it’s a big journey for you and your baby. I visited dozen of OBGYN before I found “the chosen” one biggrin.gif. You need to meet them in person, no need to wait for check up, if the “click” is there.. oh well you’ll get the time of your life smile.gif.
