That "silap unlimited time" is not that accurate. Dont misunderstood. Gov servants can be fired, such as the case in the article. Its just the process is time consuming and lots of procedures. So many hod just prefer to transfer them at some ulu place and try to force them to resign on their own accord. Much easier.

Dude, in gov, once u do shit, that shit will stay in ur file for as long as u stay in the gov. With such shit in ur file, u can say goodbye to any increment or naik grade.

I said frozen coz sure it can be unfrozen. But the chance for such thing to happen is really slim as many higher ups prefer to not have anything to do with u.

My Integrity Unit just recently finished doing all the procedure to kick people out of service.

It pained me so much that i had to use my own team to make sure all the procedures are followed. Integrity unit and PSM damn malas to do their job.

I need this particular cancer to be cut off immediately.

After going thru 3 years, finally my useless staff is being let off. He was invincible becos father is somebody in politic.

The happiness is underappreciated.
