Just a few tips for the electric thingy stuff.......

*ensure that your castle/mansion/bungalow/semi-d/apartment/condo/etc.. has Earthing !!!....if dont have, let the TNB contractor install for you. Cheap only lah...

*ensure that you put voltage regulator for big stuff such as refrigerator, TV, etc...because the current that come inside your house can sometimes not stable.

*if there is a blackout at your house, please unplug all the stuff that you all sayang before the electricity come back......
