Guys I have this issues ever since i bought the 360.

I have bought :
1) Voltage regular and
2) UPS as well (bought the wrong 1 XP)

and the problem still persist...

HOWEVER when I plug my unit to a LCD monitor, then its grounded properly. Basically what happen is there is a electrical device in the house or room which is not grounded properly hence this problem. Thats my only way to ensure I dont get shocked. Else you can isolate your electrical devices 1 by 1 and identify the culprit and ground that device accodingly.

Just to help on your electrical leaking problems, as some of the forum members have noted, those devices which only uses 2 pins or old tele sets are notorious for power leaks.
