Recently Celcom speed is not fast anymore, thought of port to Maxis, is this a good idea?

So is this about network congestion, hence some ask me stay while some don't LOL?

But isn't Maxis nowadays always proudly say we are nombor 1 in 4G network bla bla bla? I saw reports about this as well, so mean with current users base, Maxis is still the fastest, so shouldn't be any prob for me to join the crowd right?
