anyone put both ads in their blog ? i mean both nuffnang and advertlets ads ? can it be done ? i mean, we all know they both are at war.

can i put it together if my site has nuffnang and advertlets ? because it is stated in the terms n cond of adsense that we should not include any ads that will earn money thru impressions n clickthrough |

You can have AdSense, Nuffnang and Advertlets on your blog at the same time. You will only see the default Nuffnang banner if there are no sponsors for you. It's not the matter of activate or not if you're in this case.

My blogs have both advertlets and nuffnang, and my advertlets account has rm6.90 now. But when i login to nuffnang to check my earnings, i only see
"Earnings will be updated within 3 working days after the ad campaign is completed." I already register for three weeks. So when exactly will the ad campaign completes? and it only displays nuffnang ads, not other ads. |

nuff nang actually let the advertisers pick the blogs they want to advertise. advertlets put random ads on ur page. i found that to really earn with advertlets, u need ur visitors to click on the ads. 1 click can go as high as Rm0.50. i have no experience for nuff nang yet as i just finished 1 week of ad from nuff nang. waited for about 1 months+ for the first ad from nuff nang.

I quit all the advertlets and nuffnang program already coz found that it's quite hard to earn money from it. Better stay concentrate on my google adsense. I don't wish later on all can't reach the minimum payout in the end you get nothing after few months. Because the click already seperate to 3 of the progams. Just my personal opinion. No intention to flame out anything.

if u get the campaign ads from nuff nang, u will get rewarded handsomely. so far I just got 1 campaign from nuff nang, its the fireflyz 1 and i got rm 18 for that week. its hard to get a campaign from nuff nang.

Personally..I've removed Advertlets. Don't know.. just didn't want to have it there at the moment.
Nuffnang is still there but to be honest, I think I'm making more with Adsense atm in comparison to the local blog advertising. Maybe my blog just isn't suited for these providers. |

Hmm, last time my nuffnang has got 1 cpm ads, for around 10 days.
I only earned RM1.70 from it. Seems very few tho.. Looks like there is no other way to make more money except "step on the real world with legs". Just put more effort and increase the traffic.. |

I want to ask, for Advertlets, the CPM ads, if i put one in my blog, i will get the earning according to my page views right, what if i put more than one? Will the earning be multiplied or still the same as one? |

I do understand Josh is from a very well family in penang but the payment and the money they collect from the publisher is no longer balance, they need new strategy to keep advertlets survive, if not the advertlets is going to turn to a con company ...... |

Advertlets does not seems to live up my expectation. I thought they are fair.. but I am wrong. Been using them for quite a few months and earning a fair amount but for October, they "revised" my earning .. in some way.. and my earning drops more than 80%.
my site has good traffic and i compared with another site which has much lesser traffic (10x less), i am disgusted to find out that site is earning about the same as mine although both the sites serve the same ads. most of my earning from adverlets are from CPC.. and now, from 10 clicks i earned rm0.20. josh will probably say something like errm. 1. CPC and CPM rotating .. 2. Where the traffics are from .. 3. Exclusive right etc etc which i think are excuses.. and newbies will probably fall for this kind of explanation. You just CAN'T earn TOO MUCH with ADVERTLETS! |

I was going to reply this directly to kremlin, however, given the nature of the site I think its probably best that I clarify this here too for the benefit of the rest of the members.
Kremlin: You have a site with good traffic, relevant content, and as far as we can tell your earnings are legit. However, Advertlets is primarily a blog advertising network, and your site is not a blog. We don't advertise ourselves as anything other than a blog advertising network - our system is optimized in particular for blogs, and is very much performance based as well. Hence, those using Advertlets on sites besides blogs (eg forums, wikis, portals) may not experience good results. Your site in particular is very information rich, hence it is more populated than a usual blog and the ads are less likely to be noticed or acted upon in such a space. I'll say that basically I can see that you are steadily earning (albeit low), and that you have a fair sum accumulated so far. In the next few months we will be catering more to other types of sites as well, however in the meantime it makes sense for us to put priority on the majority of our members. Its probably in your best interest as well to keep us on - as you've said you're mostly happy with the earnings so far until October. And over time, we will continue to perform better and better. Meantime, you might want to try experiment with the 336x280 ad format or the 468x60 format on some sections of your site. Without revealing our confidential plans, we can say that there's another way to earn besides CPC and CPM coming up soon, and that your site will definitely benefit from that. Cheers. |

I appreciate the time you took to analyze my site. It is just difficult to accept the 80% drop in earning for my site. If there were not action from my visitors (like clicking the ads), it is easy to accept the drop in my earning and I know it may be due to the placement of the ads. But from the stats, it shows otherwise. It is ok. Will wait till you reveal your next plan. |

how they know to differenciate between me and other ppl?
let say..my house got more than 5 PCs sharing with friends...with 1 WAN IP then 1 of housemate...jelous at me next, he sabotage and spam click @ ads that mean my account also kena terminate? i feel very weird with the system after my google adsense account kena terminate i donno why...i didn't click it..still can kena terminate ka? yes..i admit i got click it before...but just want to TEST after i install the ads nothing much..less than 5 times i can guarantee |

If you monitor any suspicious clicks, you better take the initiative to inform Google Adsense or Advertlets...Then at least your account won't be terminated
Last time I saw some suspicious clicks on the Dashboard then I informed Google immediately. They just minus about 50USD from the Earnings and my account was kept safe.. I think for Advertlets should be the same |

hahaha.. i've dropped advertlets few weeks ago.. n now i received more money in nuffnang alone compared to the time when i used to put both nuffnang n advertlets.. =)

not bad eventhough kinda little at least much better than advertlets which take me almost a month to get RM10 with nuffnang campaign for 1 week only..almost reach RM10 |

i also temporarily remove the Advertlets codes and substitute the Nuffnang, but i check my earning, still Rm0.00? and there is no campaign stated too. Izzit needed some time to update or what

how does nuffnang calculate payment for CPM? i've been on their campaigns for consecutive weeks. but every week, i only get SGD2.88. is their CPM based on unique visitors or band?

well in my blog's 7 month of existence, this is the first time i had an alexa drop, or at least a drop that goes beyond a few thousand mark.

they got their own formula to calculate
and check the clicks and unique visitors let say only got 10 unique then the clicks about 8 sure click fraud lorh now only i realize i don't earn much with advertlets after i remove the ads from forum now only got 1-2 advertlets at my blog which impressions about 300-1000 and i earn "0" for few days already very funny..most ppl in my blog are uniques This post has been edited by POYOZER: Jan 5 2008, 01:16 PM |

i dont know if u notice..but lets say u put a 336 X 280 banner under ur post for nuffnang..the chances of it appearing...is pretty er...not consistent..so wat i did as put adverlets above it..now nuffnang ads appear all the time.
also i realise that adverlets has decrease their number of ads per page today...not sure if u all notice it about that glit...watever thing * Nuffnang reserves the right to restrict or ban any users from the Loyalty Program without reason or cause. * Nuffnang reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions. gotto love their way of protecting themselves...i also receive a msg "unofficially" saying ill be unban from innit in 2 weeks..till today..no words..reason?cos i b**** bout them in my post..n in lyn gotto phear the power of social politicsimo this monetizing is become Monotizing.. another thing maybe why you guys are ignored is because.........you're asians! and if your traffic are mostly asians, i think they couldn't bother much too.
my observation? ad companies love US / Canadian visitors. 1k+ - that's nice. they owe me only a few hundred la. if i get more campaigns, gimme a month or 2 probably can reach 1k. |

I believe there are tons of comments which has been deleted by Advertlets as the comments site needed approval from them before it appear there.
Try post some bad comments and you won't even see it appear there. I still wondering how much they going to compensate blogger |
