Like hanging around with people that are into sports.
Badminton, Futsal, Cycling, Basketball, Fitness or even train for MMA.
By the time you finished doing all those activities, you would have little to no time or energy left to play DOTA2.
Thus, you'll get in-shape and have a healthier body overall.
