I am a Hotlink FAST plan user since 2017. Recently, I notice that my free weekend data (1GB for Saturday and 1GB for Sunday) is missing. Please advise.

I use Hotlink RedApp to check my free weekend data. I called the customer service and was told that it is a technical glitch on their system. They opened a ticket for me for this incident. But as usual, their lousy customer service officer never got back to me after 3 days. They don’t even bother to reply here!
