In the beginning, Celestials the giant being that cameo in GOTG 1 during explanation of infinity stones, they went about to planets in the galaxy to mess with the evolution cycle. They manipulated human genetics to give birth to 3 classes.
Eternals, the ideal superhuman class.
Deviants, a mutated subhuman.
Plain old human class.

Beside being creator, Celestials gifted them with technology marvel for them to flourish on Earth.

Eternals constantly at war with Deviants to a point where Celestials returned to earth to pass judgement on them. They are wiped out from existence because the Deviants revolt against their creator.

From there on Eternals the alpha species on earth but civil war broke out where most Eternals ventured off to other planet to start their own civilization. The leader of this spacefaring Eternals colonist gave birth to a mutated baby that has physical attributes of a Deviants. The boy grew up to be Thanos.

While the earthbound Eternals dwindled in their numbers and started to isolate themselves from humanity. Some integrated with plain human society that explained where some of the superpowers came from. Then you have a group of Eternals waiting for the Celestials imminent return to Earth. Unbeknownst to Eternals they are engineered to safeguard an egg that was impregnated on earth when Celestials were here the first time around. So the idea is Celestials are born out of this egg but will cause the destruction of the impregnated planet. Eternals is a glorified security measure to preserve that egg.

Hence Eternals team up with Marvel Heroes to face Celestials.

The first mutant Apocalypse came to be so advance and yet so ancient because he managed to find some Celestials tech that woke up his latent mutant genetics when Celestials had a hand in manipulating the evolution cycle.

The reason Kree race wages war against Skrull simply because they are byproduct of Celestials as in Eternals Vs Deviants.

IIRC Skrull managed to kidnap an Eternals where they tweaked his genetics to gave birth to Inhumans species. The Blackbolt royal family in a way a reflection of the Eternals remnants. The terrigen mist either woke up your super abilities or mutate you to a beast-like Deviants.

I don't think Salma Hayek and Angelina Jolie are right for their role.

Additionally, alot of weight was place on Gemma Chan narrow shoulders...

characters just exist, understand 7000yo relationship history, magic red pill moment then boom, autobots ensemble. beat the bad guy.

best characters, sersi n ikaris. actors did a fantastic job. especially during the early to middle part of the movie. that ending scene with uni-mind shets. was kinda cool.
have to rewatch again, knowing what ikaris will do. see whether got subtle hints or que. i understood the peterpan tinker bell reference. was expecting some back stabbing from tinkerbell not peterpan.

korean buff dude was awesome, wish he had more lines and more interactions wit the other characters.

angela jolie, character kinda meh. had best fighting scene in the end with the 9001 iq deviant dude. but character wise in this stage of her life. boring la. Athena Warrior Goddess? kek. almost no dialog.

kingo is a comedic relief including his camera sidekick. i think the side kick had more screen time than kingo.

rest no need to say, macam used for one or two scenes, then done.
