virus, can't start antivirus program

 I was running NOD 32 anti-virus program together with AVG for about a month on my wndow XP. Problem starts since yesterday, both the program are not running anymore. Worse, I couldn't access or open any file that contain the word anti-virus from the cd, thumb drive or internet web-site. It will switch off itself from the drive or web site . I couldn't uninstal both the antivirus programs nor can I install any new anti-virus program. Hope to get some advice how to deal with this problem. Thanks in advance. |

No one use two anti-virus at a time, bcoz they will detect each other as virus. Go start => Help and Support => System Restore. Search for a point like a month ago. then uninstall one of them. Keep us posted.

uninstall it both, then install ur nod32 with the latest virus definition updated too before u scan on ur whole system.

Ya, I have uninstal one of them. thanks
