I am in the midst of purchasing a subsale condo, however I realised that the draft SPA does not state specifically where is the parking lots located at, except the level.

For example, the parking lot is located at Lot no. 38 and 39 at level 2.

In my draft SPA, it mentioned only "...together with the accessory parcel: Two (2) unit(s) individual Level No. 2 bearing the postal address xxx"

My lawyer refused to add the specific parking lot no. into the SPA quoting that the principal agreement does not have it and is a common practice to follow principal agreement, which I don't think is a good reason, since we know the parking lot number why not be more specific? My understanding is that when the vendor first purchased with the developer, the developer has yet to assign parking lots, hence explain why it wasn't indicated in the their spa in the first place.

Please advise, do you encounter such issue before?
