Hi, i have the shoes shown below and i've been using it for about 3 months now. Lately with the rainy weather, there is a tendency of getting the leather wet and i will try to wipe it as soon as possible.

However, i do notice that some parts do not feel as smooth as the parts which is not prone to water. A friend suggested to get a water proof spray at Clarks outlet but they constantly do not have stock. Should i condition the leather as well? Need some guidance
