My PS4 1000 series purchased from the States five years ago is almost reaching its breaking point.

Recently I noticed the PS4 takes the discs, reads the disc but after a while, it ejects automatically.

There's a constant beeping sound and the PS4 is trying to read a disc thats not even in the system.

Anyone know a place that can fix this issue? Has anyone else had this issue?

mine had the same issue since 4-5 years ago
The reason of your ps4 kept ejecting the disc is because of the touch sensor on the eject button decided to act funny. I read before some user said it's due to electrostatic discharge

there's no permanent fix for this , to fix this temporary :
1) unplug the power chord
2) keep pressing the power button on ps4 until you no longer hear the beeping sound

really depends on luck, sometime I will not have this problem for many months, then sometime it happens like 2-3 times in a week. so far I manage to live with it

Hi I had this problem also. The cause is likely the rubber piece at the bottom of ur PS4 directly below ur eject button. Over time it hardens and might trigger the eject sensor.
I removed mine and it’s ok now. U can try it and if it doesn’t work u can put it back

I see. Do you have to remove certain screws from the PS4 in order to remove this rubber piece?

No need. Just pull it out. U can put it back again as well.

Search on YouTube there is a DIY video to open up the PS4 to disable the touch button by taping it off with electrical tape.

I did it successfully. What I found the issue is dust at the touch contact points

Bro, I posted a similar problem in the ps4 thread years ago, it unfortunately affects my DQ LE. I finally understood what went wrong after I disassembled my unit, and saw with my own eyes how a manufacturing overlook could lead to such a potentially avoidable defect.

Underneath your PS4, there are several fins. The most central fin is located directly below the eject sensor board. The fin occasionally may touch the eject sensor, and that would cause the eject state to be constantly active.

Some would say the eject sensor is activated due to dust, or static, I'm not too sure about that. But everyone will conclusively agree that but putting a tape on the eject sensor, problem solved for good. That would also meant you cannot manually eject the disc anymore.
