there are several key milestone in the game:
1) World Map 10-10 to unlock Moon Light summon
2) Abyss 3x, 5x, 7x perfect stat equip set
3) Wyvern 11 for best Speed, Crit, Hit sets

completing World 10-10 will enable usage of gold transmit & ML bookmark to summon ML
completing Abyss 3x, 5x, 7x gives u the equip needed to move to better challenges
Hunt gives equip

in detail, difficulty as follows:
World 10-10 -> Abyss -> Hunt -> Labyrinth -> Raid -> Arena -> Guild War

ML Dingo is actually good. According to korean streamer.

So someone bought 2k mystic summon today... Rolled and got Yufine dupe, 2 dupe angelica, karin and a bunch of artifact.. totally not worth it

ML Dingo can be pair with Ludwig and go cleave madness in PVP.
You know what's bad? ML Sez period.

I know someone who bought all the mystic summon pack and limited just so he can get his ML Aramintha end up with nothing.

The chance is lower than normal banner, rate up banner and even ML summon... I still don't understand why people try it
