OP people never show only. me small kaki only. those people OP chracter with good gear just keep quiet in this forum. today first day still got many days to come if you still want Kise. i am still on doubt on how powerful and how useful kise will be. i am still waiting people to gear her and use her in real time. maybe after people give feedback you can decide whether want too summon her or not.
This Kise banner is indeed tricky. even a lot of streamer haven't gotten her. either bug in the summon rate or something is wrong. Maybe can put on hold first.
No such thing. Everyone literally got Kise from the discord Epic Seven Global server. Some are just unlucky, banner isn't bugged. I even asked people around, they said no such thing.
The usual la, some get him 10 pull, some in 100, some can't even get her after 300-500 pull. Just unlucky. The first day when the banner was just out, i saw people flooding a lot of Kise, so it's strange how you come to that conclusion.
From my own observation, I think, it's as usual as well.
i also dunno but among all the streamer i follow. Even whale need to spent a lot just to get her. the rate compare to Kayron is indeed harder to get from what i see. Some people easily can get 7 Karyon but want to get one Kise seems almost impossible unless crazy luck. i dunno if they are just unlucky or what.
My friend spent 600bookmark on this banner and not gotten Kise yet. it is already a guarantee summon by 600 bookmarks.
Today GBF release Shiva as playable character i tell GBF, If you gip me a sign gip me Shiva first draw i will play you. KNS he really keluar first 10 draw from the free roulette.

My brother got Judgement Kise can . this Kise i try later on Wyvern but should be able. i don't have Blue rune to awaken her skill lol.

Now this kise banner, I was hoping 2 get de new 5* artifact and perhaps other 5*, and don't care about kise... @ss RNG popped her out after 20+ pull ... no 5* artifact for de 1st time my pull in its rate up banner, hate this RNG to de core!!!
In this Banner Kise is much much much more valuable than the artifact. this thief artifact is not even good whereas the Kayron banner the Celestine artifact is way way better than Kayron himself. Therefore this artifact can skip =)
Hmm i not sure eh, from what i can see today is its around 700usd to 1k usd depending on other than ML ken you still got what. At this rate, soon will be Artifact OP. Without xx 5* Artifact certain character cant unleash their Potential
Haha jokking. most likely not artifact that OP. i think max they will do is improve her skill 2 by giving artifact which can deal additional Def Penetration demage or maybe increase 50% chance of evasive when she is stealth or something like that.
