Item(s) conditions: 100% working, but not to expect for heavy graphic or game usage due to the limitation of the processor, for office or home documentation work is still ok. No mouse included, but compatible with all third party mouse wire or wireless. Cracking sound with the built-in speaker, can bluetooth connect to external portable speaker for better sound. 95% outlook with some scratch here and there, no scratch on the screen.
