Yeah, dedaun is more pricey and is part of the Kwasa Damansara development and the whole development area is much smaller than the whole of elmina. Not sure how Kwasa will work out as it has been parcelled out to different developers and it may turn out to be very "rojak" in design.

Sharing from 1 friend's house in Elmina. Major quality defect > 100 issues found over include rooftop/ceiling leaking. Following picture surprise to me. 

EGX.. interest to buy? 

Site visit, many hollow tiles in kitchen area and all bathrooms. Basic fundamental had failed as no floor protection. Kind of disappointed see this situation. 
Major ceiling leakage/ door misalignment/ wall crack line issues already failed.

The low occupancy rate and there are still many empty lands between elmina valley roundabout and elmina green should not cause the heavy traffic here, it's the design of access road. I'm staying near denai alam so I don't know it is this bad until I went to elmina green in the morning during my off day

Yup, since the road connecting eco and elmina opened, can't imagine when elmina start to build more houses at the elmina mall side. Those who bought deep inside of elmina will suffer.

I hope sime Darby can at least widen the road before building more houses.

Sure he comes from city condo life. Should be thankful the giant elmina snake didn't come visit lol
