Elmina is under Shah Alam (Non Alcohol District). DPC is not. Why compare?

Construction cost between high-end and mid-end is very different due to material grade to be use and design concept. Fee for branded consultants is not cheap too.

this is just another retail outlets concept like waterfront desa park city. A proper mall need high population to support including office crowd. CaptainAmalaysia liked this post
